Clothing & Household Your gift in kind donations help The Way Station to meet the needs of the individuals and families seeking services at our facilities. Donations are gladly received at any Way Station location. We accept gently used clothing and other household items. Please wash clothing and other cloth-related materials before bringing them to us. They can be brought on hangers as well as placed in plastic bags. Infant and children's items are especially appreciated as are plus size clothing items. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Donors are provided with a tax deductible receipt detailing the items provided. Please know that The Way Station gives freely those items which people need - including clothing, housewares and linens. We do, however sell decorative and collectible items (or items that people do not need). Items are sold in the Shoppe Along the Way gift shops, on EBAY and at seasonal garage sales. All proceeds generated from the sale of donated items fund programs to serve the marginalized and disenfranchised of our communities. THANK YOU for your contributions of gifts in kind!!
