The Ezra Academy and Center for Treatment Services The Ezra Academy and Center for Treatment Services, a ministry of The Way Station, is an ODADAS licensed residential treatment center for chemically dependent youth. The facility, located in East Liverpool, Ohio, can house and serve 40 youth-boys and girls, ages 13-17. Services offered include quality, faith-based addiction treatment, academic enrichment and mentorship experiences that serve to guide our residents to develop educationally, emotionally, socially, spiritually and physically. Licensed clinicians offer individual, family and group counseling. Grade appropriate schooling is provided year round through partnership with an internet-based charter school.
